What are the delivery charges?

Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

For orders total value less than Rs 300/- there will be a delivery charge of Rs 50/- per shipment.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Quipps will try to ship out the order on priority, in any case order will be shipped between 1 working day to maximum of 4 working days. In case of any extra ordinary delay Quipps will inform the buyer upon receipt of order by phone or e mail.

 

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, GST etc) on items sold by Sellers on Quipps?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Quipps. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller’s shipping policy of minimum order value.

 

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don’t have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven’t provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the logistics company serves your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

We strive to offer our products at the most competitive prices. While COD is not always available due to additional handling charges by courier services, we may enable it periodically based on demand and logistics feasibility. Keep an eye out for updates on COD availability!

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can easily track your order from these links and stay updated on its delivery status.

Does Quipps deliver Internationally?

As of now, Quipps doesn’t deliver items internationally. We are working our with courier companies to start international Delivery soon. Do visit QUIPPS regularly to know the latest updates.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
